The Company

Background

 The company "TEAM E-M Consulting Engineers SA " (TEAM E-M) began its activities in 1976, with main object field of activities electromechanical installation studies for different types of buildings (dwelling, commercial and office buildings, industrial buildings and warehouses, garages, hospitals, hotels, cultural and conference centres, etc).

Its experience and activity are extended in a wide spectrum of scientific and technical objects, studies and researches:

• Studies of electromechanical installations of buildings and industries. 
  
• Infrastructure studies
  
•  Industrial feasibility studies (planning and design, equipment selection, production and operation organization)
  
• Energy studies (energy design of buildings and dwellings, passive and active solar systems, use, management and energy conservation, cogeneration, renewable energy systems)
  
• Environmental impact studies
  
• Environmental protection work studies (solid, liquid and air anti-fouling works, sewage and waste treatment plants, solid and liquid wastes management, recovery)
  
• Economic studies
  
• National European research projects
  

Today the company also offers completed services, such as:

• Project Management 
• Project consulting 
• Design of special technical installation works
• Project supervision

At the same time the company develops activities in other sectors of studies, and research projects. Its executives also participate as experts in research projects at the National Technical University of Athens.

In its basic composition, TEAM E-M includes mechanical and electrical engineers, with experience and specialisation in different sectors, so that they can correspond in the needs of various type of projects.

Apart from its permanent scientific potential, TEAM E-M allocates also a capable number of experienced collaborators of other specialities, as well as collaboration with specialised companies of abroad. 

The Office is registered with:

• Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport and is licensed (Reg. No. 43) for the following range of public projects: 
- Mechanical - electrical - electronic studies (cat.9) - License E' level (highest)
- Industrial studies (Cat. 15) - License C' level
- Energy studies (Cat. 14) - License B' level

• Ministry of Defence, with Reg.No. 1752, for undertaking projects
"NATO – FORTIFICATION - CONFIDENTIAL"

• PHARE - TACIS programs , with Reg.No. ELL-21420

TEAM E-M is also member of the following Greek and international organizations:
