Development of a 50,000-m2 sports venue at the suburbs of the city of Larissa. The venue was erected on a 144,000-m2 plot and hosts the local soccer club. The complex stands at the forefront of sporting design. It includes: A football stadium of FIFA/UEFA Standards with a capacity of 20,000 seats, a 11,000 m2 building complex for commercial use, parking lot for 1,200 cars, entertainment and cultural facilities (2 open-air cinemas, an outdoor theatre of 1,500 seats, a central, open-air area for hosting various events) and 100 dorms to accommodate athletes. A green space area and the natural flooring integrate the complex into the natural landscape.
