Complete design of E/ M Services of New Football Stadium AEK in Nea Philadelphia, Attica, about 30 acres. The stadium provided capacity 30000-35000 positions with essential uses (changing rooms, offices, spectator places, canteens, WC etc.) specification FIFA - UEFA category 4 with fully roofed two-storey stands and 40-60 suites.
On concomitant use foreseen: Office space recreational AEK parking building about 500 vehicles, museum 800 m2, restaurants, boutiques team, hammam, ticket vendors and infrastructure for commercial use.
